Each child’s team consists of the consultant (BCBA), a Lead Behavior Specialist, and a Behavior Specialist. Our providers meet or exceed the following qualifications.
BCBAs / BCaBAs
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) are board certified through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. Our BCBAs/BCaBAs are responsible for ensuring that your child makes progress by analyzing data, adjusting goals, and monitoring progress through testing and assessment.
Lead Behavior Specialists
Our Lead Behavior Specialists have at least 500 hours of direct experience serving as Behavior Specialists. Most also have a bachelor’s degree, and many are also pursuing their Board Certifications. They are responsible for supervising the Behavior Specialists on a weekly basis and for making minor program changes.
Behavior Specialists
Most of our behavior specialists have at least a Bachelors degree and experience working with children. They provide frequent, direct intervention service to the children we serve.
Psychiatrist
Our psychiatrist is a Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. He is available for diagnostic testing and medication management.
